‼️ 🚧 The McDowell Road Improvement Project starts on June 2nd = a hard closure of McDowell, Jackrabbit Trail & 202nd Avenue. Click the link for more info & plan accordingly. Estimated completion date is January 2026. When finished, McDowell will connect Verrado Way to Jackrabbit. 👏
🦘Elevate Trampoline Park in Goodyear has a great Summer Pass Membership that’s valid for 2 hours of jumping 7 days a week from now through August 31, 2025. Jump on it!
🦒 Did you know you can find special coupons (like 2 for 1 entry) to the Wildlife World Zoo inside marked cartons of Hickman’s eggs? In the past, I’ve gotten mine from Basha’s but my neighbor, Tony, says they are available at Fry’s too! The coupons provide a significant savings so it’s worth your while to track ‘em down! If you visit, be sure to bring an umbrella. And, also watch the sea lion show!

NEW BUSINESS BUZZZ 🐝
🔨 It seems like new buildings are suddenly appearing at every intersection in my area which inspired me to do a little research to see if I could get opening timelines. In doing that, I came across this awesome flyer from SimonCRE about the Roosevelt Commons development at the southwest corner of Verrado Way & Roosevelt. If you’ve been over there, you’ve probably noticed that Someburros is nearing completion and it’s looking like they will be the first to open. I’m told the other businesses on that corner are approx. 9 months out from opening. Keep your eye on The Buzz—I’ll share more info when I have it.
