🐝 Weekly Roundup - Issue No. 22

TOGETHER WITH

Happy Thursday!

🎉 BIG NEWS!!! 🎉

I am thrilled to introduce The Buzz’s very first local business partnership with Alanah Kenyon and her team at Studio Linea Salon (which is located at the new Sunrise Market in Verrado). I truly have never seen a more beautiful hair salon. I love it so much, I’ve been known to take visiting relatives for a tour. It’s that gorgeous!

If you haven’t been, they’re having a special Galentine’s Open House on Thursday, February 13th - all day (9AM - 6PM). Stop by and say “Hi,” grab a treat, coffee, and/or a champagne + a hair styling session (must book ahead). All the details on that are in the Valentine’s Day Love List below. I hope to see you there! 😉

Now let’s get into it, 🐝 cause,

The more you know, the more you go!

❤️ I appreciate your love for The Buzz! Your kind words bring so much sunshine to my life, I want to start sharing them! Here are a few, but there are many more and I read and value EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM! Thank you for taking the time to send them to me.

“Loved the review of Sheep Camp. Lots of locally owned eateries on Monroe and all of them are excellent.”

Thanks for re-sharing Kane’s story as I missed it the first time. It’s so inspiring! How proud his parents must be.  BTW, ♥️ your writing
style and look forward to The Buzz!”

“Thank you for the information about our community! I recently drove past The Sheep Camp and wondered if it was a closed down business, and happy to learn it is not! What timing to open this and read their story! I will be going there soon to give it a try!!”

5-SECOND FACTS ⏱️

🌐 Did you know? Buckeye spans 640 square miles—that’s huge. To put that in perspective, here’s how many cities could fit within its planning area:*

Graphic Courtesy of City of Buckeye Development Services Engineering Dept.

📈 So, essentially, our City Government is tasked with managing the expansion of an area the size of 16 cities at once. That’s a massive undertaking! This really puts Buckeye’s rapid & widespread development, ongoing construction, and future planning into perspective—and it may also help explain why Rome isn’t being built in a day.

  • 📕 When one of my closest advisors told me that this book was basically written for me and that I needed to get it ASAP, I listened! It explores a lot of different scenarios (mainly about how we give our power away)—and reveals that 7 out of 10 people are living in a chronic state of stress, stuck in survival mode. That was me for most of my life. The solution? Surprisingly simple to implement. I’m devouring this book and highly recommend it!*
