🐝 The Buzz- Issue No. 69

We made it! Happy 2026!

Hope your year is off to a great start! I, unfortunately, got more than I wished for this Christmas and ended up with whatever illness is making its way through town. Why is it that lying around all day sounds so nice… until you’re forced to do it?

This little loooong detour to rest and recovery has given me some time to reflect and reconnect with why I started The Buckeye Buzz in the first place. Since it’s been 67 issues since I first shared that story, here’s a refined look at the mission and vision:

• To be a trusted local guide in a rapidly-changing area;

• To deliver the most relevant, concise, need-to-know local events, reviews & things to do;

• To shine a light on the small businesses and entrepreneurs who quietly power our community;

• To be written by a real person who lives here (that’s me!);

• Good vibes only (no clickbait or divisive topics); and

• Above all, to connect us, keep the heart in our community, and make life a little easier and a lot more fun!
