HOLY COW!

I’m going to keep this brief - and not because I don’t have a lot to say - but because I am in the midst of finalizing today’s edition (#7) of The Buckeye Buzz. I am racing the clock but I couldn’t let another week go by without telling you about this incredible product that has literally changed my life overnight.

Yesterday morning, I received an email from April Espinoza who said some very nice things about The Buzz (read hers and just a few of the other testimonials received here). Your kind words mean so much to me, thank you!

April went on to say that she and her husband just started a LOCAL small business, Nouvelise Organics. They make 100% natural whipped tallow-based moisturizers that are organic, chemical-free, and safe for kids and pets.

Little did she know, that prior to her emailing me yesterday, I had already applied my facial moisturizer 3 times! My skin has been so dry. And, because of my allergy flare earlier in the week, the skin around my eyes is (was!!!) so dry, it felt like sandpaper.

So I responded to her email, told her I’d been reluctant to try tallow-based products because “frankly, it sounds gross.” She offered to provide me with a sample, which she dropped off - in the cutest little box - on my porch last night.

I could hardly wait to open it - seeking relief from this ongoing, annoying, overly-dry-skin issue.

My socks were knocked off! Immediate difference! Feels so good going on the skin and I felt truly moisturized for THE FIRST TIME since living in Arizona (over 3 years now)! I love how it melts into the skin, leaves a nice sheen, and doesn’t feel heavy or sticky.

I knew the true test would be how my skin felt the next morning (today) and I am happy to report that I still feel moisturized and the sandpaper skin around my eyes is 95% resolved.

As I sat down just now to write this, my arm was dry and itchy and - wham bam! - a little slather of this and problem solved. I wanted to try it because of the dry skin on my face, but it is a face & body lotion!

I am also REALLY sensitive to smells and this doesn’t bother me at all. It’s quite a lovely scent actually. The sample she dropped off is their new one that is scented - Neroli (sweet orange) - and is not yet available on Amazon. I linked the unscented version.
